What are the delivery times?
Our desire is that you receive as soon as possible the products you have purchased in The Beauty of Caring. For this reason we offer you:
-Deliveries within 72 hours after receiving your order
The delivery time is calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse until it arrives at the address indicated. You will know that your order has been picked up by our courier agency when you receive the email confirming that the order has been sent and telling you how to track it.
What happens if I am absent from my home on the day of delivery?
Once the purchased product leaves The Beauty of Caring warehouse and is delivered to the carrier, you will be sent an email with the tracking number and the transport company responsible for delivery.
If the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the addressee, the transport company will try to contact the addressee by telephone. If after two unsuccessful attempts the transport company is unable to make the delivery due to the absence of the addressee, it will return the shipment to The Beauty of Caring. In this case, the costs of the failed delivery will be charged to the Buyer.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that delivery has taken place or that the order has been delivered at the moment in which the Buyer or a third party indicated by the Buyer acquires material possession of the products, which will be accredited by the carrier.
How can I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment using the link that you will find in the email confirming the shipment of your order. You may receive this information directly from the delivery company.
